I have been a renter at Cedar Rock Self Storage Center since 2022, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the location to the customer service, everything has been wonderful. The location right on M-57 is extremely convenient, and having 24/7 access to the storage units was a huge benefit. The property is also very well lit during the nighttime hours, which made us feel safe and comfortable accessing our unit after dark. During the winter months, the property was consistently plowed and maintained, which was another thing we really appreciated. Communication was truly top notch. We were always kept informed through emails regarding any mechanical issues, maintenance, or anything else that renters needed to know about. It was clear that the property was well cared for and that the owners genuinely cared about their customers. Carol and Bob made the entire experience exceptionally great. They were always friendly, helpful, and easy to get ahold of whenever we had a question or needed assistance. They never made us feel like a bother and were always willing to help. After renting here since 2022, we can honestly say that Cedar Rock Self Storage Center provided us with an outstanding experience.
